Micheline Care

Micheline Carter is a Global Human Resource executive with broad experience in leadership and organization development, succession planning and total rewards. She most recently served as CHRO for Lamb Weston, Inc., and has been a key partner to CEOs and leadership teams within global Fortune 500 companies in consumer-packaged goods, retail, quick-service restaurant, high-tech, and manufacturing. She holds a B.S. in Education and M.S. in Organization Development from Georgia State University.  Hailing from the mid-west, Micheline has lived in multiple states and called Boise home in 2016. In our spare time, my husband and I enjoy cooking, snow skiing, and traveling.
