Join Montana-based poet and beloved  teaching-writer Adrian Kien in an enriching workshop sure to jump start your writing practice. Pick between two nights with slightly different themes!

Night 1: The Bodies of Nature – Our writing will concern the world beyond our physical bodies. Drawing from experiences from memory, poems, images, texts, etc. we will write about our interactions with nature. What happens when the boundaries between the body and nature merge? While the workshops will draw from poetry, participants are welcome and encouraged to write in any genre they feel inspired to write.

Night 2: The Nature of Bodies – In this workshop we will be writing about the wilderness that is within our own bodies. Guts, bones, brains, feet, mouths, there is a wild landscape inside of us. Can we find a language adequate to describe it? To experience it? We will see. While the workshops will draw from poetry, participants are welcome and encouraged to write in any genre they feel inspired to write.

FREE for Cabin members with code, $5 for everyone else. Workshops are capped so reserving a spot is highly recommended. Members can call 331-8000 for code.
