Short Fiction, Class Three: Endings: A Writing Workshop with Boise City Writer-in-Residence Matthew Denton-Edmundson

  • Library! at Bown Crossing 2153 East Riverwalk Drive Boise, Idaho, 83706 United States (map)

Readers of different genres expect different things out of an ending. Workshop participants will cover a wide variety of possibilities, including reversals, epiphanies, symbolic and inconclusive endings. They will also discuss what makes an ending satisfying? And: Should all endings be satisfying? Finally, participants will write the ending to a story outline.

No registration is required, but space is limited. This workshop is geared toward writers of all levels and genres. Please bring writing materials, such as a notebook and pen.
